Tech Connect was formed in 2017 when we saw the coming expansion of high-speed internet throughout Mississippi. We teamed with local internet service providers to provide resources to help with their customer installations. Since that time, we have installed high-speed internet in over 60K homes and businesses. As the internet has grown from a convenience into an essential service, Tech Connect has expanded alongside that demand.
Today, Tech Connect is going beyond internet installation services by providing customers with support for their complete home or office internet needs. Our services include installing new or upgrading existing data cabling, complete structured cabling upgrades, improving Wi-Fi coverage, equipment installation, security camera systems, troubleshooting, and consultation. Our goal is to help customers build a more reliable, organized, and effective network environment.
Now that more people have access to high-speed internet, Tech Connect is here to help make the most of it. Whether at home or in the workplace, we help customers get greater performance and value from their internet connection.

I was having internet issues in my shop next to my house, and anytime I tried to watch a ball game, the stream would cut in and out. Tech Connect came out and installed a bridge to get internet from my house over to my shop, and now my internet is blazing fast! No more buffering or interruptions! What really stood out to me, though, was the people. Dwayne, Brian, and the entire team were some of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever worked with. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was happy with the results. They came out, scoped out the project, walked me through exactly what I needed, and gave me great advice every step of the way. They got everything installed the same day and even followed up multiple times afterward to make sure it was working exactly how I wanted. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like these guys did. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch. And I’m happy to report I can finally watch my ball games in the shop without a single issue! Can’t say enough good things about Tech Connect and Dwayne’s team. Great people who do great work.
